In today’s competitive environment, small business owners face many challenges when it comes to building teams. This session explores how to build a positive organizational culture in order to support business growth.

4. Sustainable Operations

Entrepreneurs go into business to both make money and to have an impact, which can be very rewarding. However, there are often challenges with setting up operational processes that will keep the business sustainable into the future. In this session, we will explore operational practices that promote sustainability.

5. Content Management

For every dollar spent, content marketing generates approximately three times as many leads as traditional marketing. This session is for the busy business owner who is looking for ways to continuously improve and manage their marketing content in order to achieve business goals.
